Here is the filming schedule that Beatrice made.
Before project:
A schedule will help us keep everything organized so that we know when and where to film, the props we need to bring, etc. This helps prevent any miscommunication from happening. We decided to separate each locations into different days since it would take a lot of time, considering the amount of retakes it would consume. Since we are near exam season, I think that some of the time may have to be changed and reschedule. So, I would say the filming schedule made isn't realistic. Some problems we might face are bad weather and sudden changes in availability. For example, when we are shooting an outdoor scene and it rains suddenly, we may have to postpone that scene. This may alter the filming schedule. The props might also break along the way, which means that we may have to look for a replacement for it, this may take more time and again, postpone the filming date. In addition, there may be times where sudden changes in availability will happen, such as a cast being sick during the date of filming and many other problems.
After project:
We ended up using the filming schedule for some parts of the project only, as there was a sudden change in exam schedule from the school. Due to the busy days, we kept postponing the shooting until just a few days before the submission date. This was a poor decision as everything was so rushed and we couldn't redo the filming anymore, therefore forcing us to just take whatever scenes we've recorded so far. Some other problems that we faced was that during some shooting dates, some of us forgot to bring equipments, which caused some scenes to be postponed. I think that this was because we didn't make a list or check the filming schedule to see what scenes we were shooting and what to bring. We often also went to shoot without planning out what scenes we wanted to do, which caused in a massive waste of time. For next time, I think that we should really stick to the filming schedule made in order to avoid forgetting equipments, as well as postponed shooting dates.
